Our in-house claims service is every bit as important as the placement service that we provide. We take an active role in claims advocacy, management and resolution. Our claims team will get involved from the moment that one of our clients becomes aware they might have a potential claim. We provide advice on claim reporting protocols and manage the reporting of claims to all underwriters. We provide advocacy on behalf of insureds with their underwriters, and we carefully steward a claim to a successful outcome for our clients.

From our London base we have access to Lloyd’s syndicates, other London Market insurers, and reinsurers globally. And we have close relationships with European and Bermudian carriers offering direct and reinsurance capacity, and frequently work with Asian and Middle Eastern reinsurers on a comprehensive range of products and solutions.
